Party In The Park is a free weekend-long celebration bringing the community together in the heart of Workington for two days of live entertainment, family fun and summer festival vibes. 

Brought to you by Workington Town Council and Everyone Here, the event will transform Vulcan Park with live music, comedy, activities, community performances, food stalls, games and entertainment for all ages. 

There’ll be something happening around every corner all weekend long.

• Skateboarding activities & film screenings 

• Open Mic sessions 

• Northern Soul Tent 

• Pre-Loved Swap Shop 

• Archery & axe throwing 

• Rodeo bull 

• Darts activities 

• Workington Football Club activities 

• Face painting 

• Food, drinks & funfair attractions all day

Sunday continues the celebrations with creativity, costumes, performances and family fun, including:

• Renaissance Tent

• Fancy dress competition
